If your order has been dispatched we would have sent you a dispatch notice to the email address that you provided at checkout. If you paid with Paypal please check your email address associated with your Paypal account.
On the dispatch email are your tracking number and the carrier used to send this to you. Please go to the carrier's website and enter your tracking number into the system. This will show you the status of the shipment. If the carrier is stating the package is overdue please initially contact the carrier for a new eta.
If you have an issue or the carrier requests the sender logs the enquiry with them please email us to let us know and we will follow up with them straight away for you.
