If you have a damaged item in your order we will need you to contact us via email. In your email to speed things up, we do ask that you include a photograph of the damaged item you have received as this will be required to open the resolution case for you. Please bear in mind if you choose TNT or a satchel method of postage at checkout which are advised as not suitable for fragile items we will not accept claims for damage on fragile items.
