Please contact us directly. Our warehouse team offer phone support for prepurchase enquiries on (07) 5450 8754 they are not able to help you post-ordering, unfortunately. 

If you require support for an order already placed in our system please use our email/ticket support system.  This is for all issues relating to an order placed on our system including but not limited to, late delivery, missing items, damaged in transit, ordering incorrect products etc. 

By using the email ticket system we can prioritise your enquiries and have the correct member of our team get back in touch with you giving you the correct information the first time. Our support team work remotely from all over Australia and our ticket system allows seamless transition across staff members for your enquires.
